Welcome to Park Hill
PARK HILL IS A BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE NORTHEASTERN QUADRANT OF THE DOWNTOWN DENVER NEIGHBORHOODS.
Park Hill is a beautiful neighborhood in the northeastern quadrant of the downtown Denver neighborhoods. Just east of Colorado Boulevard, Park Hill is minutes from all of the best Denver has to offer; but it’s quiet, residential areas boast stately homes, large yards, wide boulevards, and mature trees for a more established feeling. With cared-for homes and so much to offer, residents of Park Hill seem to stay for the long haul, creating a long-term, culture-loving community within the neighborhood.
SHOPPING/ENTERTAINMENT
Situated between down town and Stapleton, and just above Colfax, Park Hill has quick-access to just about every convenience and enjoyment you could look for in a neighborhood. Particularly on Colfax, there is much to entertain, like the Sie Film Center and Tattered Cover Book Store. Right within the neighborhood are small boutiques like Semplice, ColoRadical, and Ciji’s Natural Pet for your furry family members. There is also a lovable library with a great kids programming and lots of family-friendly activities. Just across Colorado Boulevard is City Park, and there is often plenty of entertainment just within the green space like City Park Jazz in the summer and paddle boats to rent. The park also houses both the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, perfect for an educational afternoon out.

PARKS/RECREATION
Park Hill almost feels like a park in and of itself, with sidewalks on every street; mammoth trees creating a canopy over the lush boulevards; and lots of little pockets of green space. From almost anywhere in the neighborhood, it’s an easy walk, jog, or bike ride to City Park, too, and you’re sure to find a sweet little playground along the way. Many Park Hill residents enjoy contributing to community gardens, and the Cole Community Garden is very near.
A conscious community, it’s easy to stay fit in the Park Hill neighborhood as well. You’ll always see joggers in the mornings and evenings; and several designated bike lanes make it a preferred mode of neighborhood transportation. There are many workout options as well, including a couple of CrossFit locations and several yoga studios. For a more relaxed recreation, play a round or two at the City Golf Course, just across the street from City Park. |
