It’s no secret that the Denver housing market is always on the up-and-up, and it looks like that will continue to be the story for 2017, even with increased interest rates. In fact, as mentioned in the article below, Zillow predicts Denver will be the ninth hottest market this year. Part of this is related to appreciating neighborhoods within Denver proper, such as Globeville and Westwood; so it’s important to keep in mind these growth markets and the benefits of moving in early. This is especially true as Denver homes will appreciate by 3.6 percent in 2017, which is more than the national average.
According to a ReMax report, Denver also has one of the fastest moving markets in the country, tying with Omaha for fewest days listed (read full story here).
